Are my credit card, bank information and personal profile kept confidential?

Yes - Share-it! uses the latest technology that ensures your personal and payment information is kept confidential and secure. Any personal information such as your name, address, e-mail, credit card number and banking information is processed over a Secure Socket Layers (SSL) server.

Do you accept all credit cards?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Diners Club, as well as UK debit cards Solo and Switch/Maestro via Share-it!

I purchased the Developer License a couple of weeks before your major version release. Am I eligible for a free upgrade?

Yes, we offer free major version product updates if you have placed your order within 6 months prior to the official release of the major version.

How does the pricing change for different countries?

The pricing does not change. Your card will be charged in US Dollars, and depending upon your credit card company's agreement, you will be charged in your currency. The exchange rate will be determined by your credit card company.

Can I have a discount?

We offer 30% discount for academic users on the base of the regular prices. We also offer 15% discount for governmental departments, charities, churches and other non-profit groups. Please contact us. You will be required to prove your status as a member of that organization. After approval you get a coupon code to order with discount.

How can I use a coupon code to redeem my discount?

During the check-out process, you will be given the option to enter a coupon code to redeem your discount.
