ComponentID	Gets the Rating ID when the event is raised.
RatingSegment	Gets the referenced segment in the Rating control when the event is raised.
SegmentID	Gets the ID of the selected segment in the Rating control when the event is raised.
SegmentValue	Gets the value of the selected segment in the Rating control when the event is raised.
